The Best of IRC is comprised of, as you would guess, chat logs from IRC from the most memorable moments in Starmen.net's official chatroom. The Chat section lacked attention in 2002-2005 after work on it stopped, thus leaving no chance of further BoIRC submissions. The Chat section has recently been revised, along with all the old logs of BoIRC. With it, is the new edition of BoIRCs: BoIRC 3.0.

So if you've got some crazy times on IRC logged up from the official chatroom or any SMnet-affiliated chatroom seen here, send it our way at Chat[AT]Starmen[DOT]net. If accepted, you'll get to see it when a new edition of BoIRC 3.0 is up!
