"PK Hack and the Things You Can Do With It"

Ok, serious time!

When I'm on the beat, opping in #eb, should I have a sneaking suspicion that you're all trying to kill me? And why does everyone blame stuff on me? Why can't we just blame it on SLing and be happy?......

If PK Hack is so good, let's just make EB64 with it. You know, totally change the storyline, swap the names around, make Kraken a good guy, things like that. We just take everything we know about EB64 so far, and make up the rest. The only problem is, despite the fact that this game has been in development since Nintendo Power had an Epic Center, we only know around 3% of the plot/ideas they've worked out. So the question is this: who's gonna write some plot for us, that won't be lame, and that can fill in as many blanks as possible? My own answer: I dunno, but not Buzz Buzz. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go play some classic RPGs from the Epic Center days...

While it's true that EB64 is almost dead (go petition!) it is still alive in all of us. Whether what will eventually be produced is nowhere near what EB64 would have been, it will be great!

Lemme make a statement right now-PK Hack can hack EarthBound, but you cannot make EB64 with it. We can't do THAT much.

Yes, I'm making a hack. I work on it during C++. Unfortunately I don't think it's playable. Every time I try it my laptop crashes. I'll try it on a "real" computer sometime.

Hate to break it to you, but even though its tiny, a laptop still is a real computer. My best advice to you is to get another ROM and apply the patch to it, to make sure you haven't somehow corrupted the game data.

Anyways, Im working on the theme of the forum, team TRUE. When you first start off you wake up to different theme, instead of a meteor falling. Then when you get up, you realize your mom who knew all you life is a NOA spy, then engage in battle with her and I'll leave the rest for surpise. I'm sure other people are working on a simular hack. Also, I figured out how to make certain stuff happen with the text editor (ie: make battles, music, sound effects, blah blah). Thank you for listening to my long story, you are as intelligent as I thought.

Well, Halloween is in like only a month, so it's obviously gonna start real soon. My main man Jeb2 is headin up that endeavor, cause I'm too lazy for it. As for the mugz0rz, I'm sad to say that there probably won't be a prize for this contest. We'll see.

First of all I would like to start off by saying that your site is awesome. I was just comparing all the characters from good games (Ness, Cloud Strife, Mario, ect.) and EarthBound came out dominant. Exept for Cloud that is. Cloud could beat Ness, don't you think? but Ness, Paula, Jeff, Poo are unbeatable. anyway my cousin and I made an EarthBound fan game. Nah, Ness is way more powerful than Cloud. Once you even out the damage levels (Clous can NOT hit Ness for 9999 damage, no matter what anyone says,) theyre probably pretty even. But then strip Cloud of his Materia and Ness comes up on top any day. As for that game you were talking about, it freaked me out and I have to say I;m kinda glad your e-mail got cut off.

My recent collection has been in case point of orchestrated pieces of music form Video games, alogn with Super Mario Bros, Zelda, Donkey Kong and such, I foudn Earthbound. Unfortunately, I can't seem to download it. Anyone out there have a copy (of any sort) of orchestrated earthbound muzak?

I have this orchestrated Onett piece I got off Napster a few months ago, it's pretty :Dish. I get all my music off of scour now, you should try that. If all else fails, stop by #earthbound and talk to someone like Aquas, the new SM.net radio man.
