The usual method of connecting to Radio PSI is through WinAmp, but oftentimes, people have trouble connecting. The first thing we encourage is to make sure you're using the latest version of WinAmp, and if you aren't, to upgrade and restart your computer. The next thing we encourage is, if you DO have the latest version already, to try restarting your computer anyway. It's not Windows users that are our only listeners either, we have people with Macs, or Linux, trying to tune in but don't know a good music player that they can listen in with. When push comes to shove, we're here with suggestions for alternatives to make sure you don't miss a second of your favorite Radio PSI programming.

For Windows users with faulty WinAmps, just like we encourage. First, make sure you're up to date on the latest WinAmp releases (as of this writing, the latest version is 5.2), and restart your computer. If that doesn't work, the popular second choice among Radio PSI fans is Foobar2000.
