Keep in mind that I try to provide links to pages that have interesting and well-kept pages. Although graphics on some aren't top-notch, graphics don't make the page (although clothes might make the man). Fun layouts and a little bit of depth always add to a site. Another thing I look for is pages that are updated regularly.
