What the heck is ?
EarthBound is a game for the Super Nintendo. And it rocks. Delivery pizza, crooked politicians, ATM machines, meteorites, sea monsters, UFOs, back alley arms dealers, aliens, Retro 70's hippies, evil statues, and purple cows are just a few of the millions of things you'll see and find in this game. And its all packaged in a convenient little plastic cartridge. What else could anyone ask for? Illegal fireworks? I must have forgotten to mention those.
This game may not be available in stores anymore.
As far as I know, it depends on where you live, but I haven't
checked the store shelves for a while. Rumor has it that Best Buy
is selling the games at an extremely low price (I heard $9). If
the game isn't available at any nearby stores, try FuncoLand, a company that
buys and sells video games (even the ones no longer being made).
If all else fails, there's always the beaten path we call
'illegality'. You can get EarthBound on a ROM
( Hey...You didn't hear it from me... ). Its illegal though, and
I think that HAL and Nintendo worked too hard on this game to get
ripped off.
