Well, it was a shaky start, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. With page twenty, chapter one officially starts. With only one out of three parts in this chapter finished, it's not really time to celebrate, I guess.
We get some introduction to Drake's family, a pen full of pigs and his at times unreliable mother Vivian. Poor Drake doesn't know that his days of idle laziness are about to end, and that he'd wish that he were doing menial work such as organizing his mom's shop.

Dorre Village, a lovely south-of-the-border town far from the large, unusually crowded cities of northern Atzlan and Eagleland. Considered to be the most backward towns in this particular part of Atzlan.
Well, story starts to move torwards even more character development, and possibly to the explanation of the cracks in the sky.
