MOTHER 3+ features ten tracks of music, however these are not straight from the GBA game itself. The first track We miss you ~Love Theme~ is sung by Taeko Onuki. The next four tracks are amazing "live" D.C.M.C. performances by the Crazy Ken Band. Followed by four remastered remake tracks of select music from MOTHER 3. And finally the last track is the karaoke version of the first track. While this album is on the short side and does not contain much music from the game, it’s still an entertaining listen if only for the D.C.M.C. tracks.

This album was also later released on the Japanese iTunes and then surprisingly much later for the American iTunes as well. However, it can now only be found on the Japanese iTunes. The iTunes album cost ¥2000 while individual tracks cost ¥200 each. The iTunes album also includes a bonus track. An interactive online booklet as well as some special wallpapers can be found here.
