we know, it’s not funny. chapter 6 is one of the most emotional parts of the game, and the guidebook shows that beautifully. Why is a picture of a young boy seeing his dead mother’s ghost in a field of sunflowers funny?

You don’t hear anything sure but its still there, like that creepy kid in comp sci who stands behind you. You just wanna punch him in the face but you can’t because hes ‘special’ and sets fires or something.

I didn’t get to that part in the game (I’m RIGHT before it). If only that scene appeared, it would beautifully illustrate the chapter. Otherwise, more content could’ve been added.

Haha, I actually tested that to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed to make a note of in the guide. Hinawa shows up a few times to beckon you leftward, iirc…

Meanwhile, someone out there is playing through MOTHER 3 without the handbook and is totally lost in Chapter 6.

I didn’t really understand that part of the game….

This is my favorite chapter in the game. The handbook beautifully emphasizes why this is so.

I watch Planet Chasers Starlight Excellent all day, every day.

I kinda lol’d when I saw it, I was expecting some commentary on what the chapter was for or something. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but just a picture surprised me.

I actually thought the pages for “Chapter 6” and “Chapter 7” (the intro ones) were glued because I missed that bit completely the first time through.

Every time I open the chapter 6 page I always think of the sunflower fields theme music.

The Handbook forgets to mention that during Chapter 6, if you drop a Cup of Lifenoodles Hinawa comes back to life. But she slips on a doorknob and falls off the cliff.
