I am an Omega Borg, one of the greatest warriors of the invading forces. I was designed only for destruction, to strategize and react with deadly precisions. It's been countless years since I was abandoned on this savaged mountaintop. I was content to wait with stoic complacency, but nature now creeps back up the lonesome peak, strangling it with new life. How strange it is that the trilling of these tiny birds might warm a heart that isn't there. I was built to destroy, but where would the honour be in killing this fragile creature? Perhaps I should rethink my ethos of existence. This simple song has done away with so much of the bleak ennui of this mountain. Perhaps... this is real power?

I was just heading to Burglin Park for some seasonings to add to my food at meal times – I collect the cute little packets and jars, you know. But have you ever been in a crowded park before? It's like the first day at work on a new diet, and someone's brought a box of your favourite doughnuts. Before I knew it, I had taken three hostages and was getting my ransom letter notarized. Elobo	The Way We Live	The first killing bite sends fibrous feelers through the Slitherhen in a capillary assault. Fungus starts to grow from the small creature as the Muttshroom starts to digest it before it even ingests it. It is not cruelty, it is merely natural efficiency. But its meal may soon be forfeit, as a hungry Dog Fish stalks in the distance. The Muttshroom starts to catch, but his, and everyone's satisfaction tonight is always in motion. Elobo	The Window at Freshmart	This is the window of a Freshmart located in Ingonish, Nova Scotia. Don't shop there guys, everything costs double to take advantage of tourists. But the window caught my eye because it the 'seagull' looked an awful lot like a Mad Duck. So we can imagine the person watching is a young Tessie Watcher. Forum user daxxglax wondered if the golfer was Picky - certainly could be! Also, Loid is out riding bikes. The last panel on the left is a tricky one - it's either Minnie walking Ninten's Dog, or the Dog Possesed by the Spirit of the Game Designer picking up chicks in the park. Alright, I guess that one's pushing it ;).	8/21/09
