Well, it was a shaky start, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. With page twenty, chapter one officially starts. With only one out of three parts in this chapter finished, it's not really time to celebrate, I guess. We get some introduction to Drake's family, a pen full of pigs and his at times unreliable mother Vivian. Poor Drake doesn't know that his days of idle laziness are about to end, and that he'd wish that he were doing menial work such as organizing his mom's shop. |

Finally managed to put SOMETHING together amidst the insane amount of schoolwork I've been busy with. Just a little insight on Drake's life and personality. Although he may be a model student, he can come off as arrogant and pessimistic at times, earning some loathing from the village kids. Right, so hopefully I'll have time to at least finish a few more pages of this. |

Dorre Village, a lovely south-of-the-border town far from the large, unusually crowded cities of northern Atzlan and Eagleland. Considered to be the most backward towns in this particular part of Atzlan. Well, story starts to move torwards even more character development, and possibly to the explanation of the cracks in the sky. |

Yep, Lighter's running a town, but he's still the same energetic old man he once was (but now with more 'old') Throughout years of supervision, Fuel's also become an older brother figure for Simon, something that couldn't possibly have any negative consequences in the future. He should enjoy that stuffed doll while it's still an inanimate object. After all, they do seem to have a habit of coming to life and hiding melodies. |

I think it's been well established that Simon's not right in the head. Then again, artists are strange people, even if we don't have the ability to use an incomplete PSI ability (yes, it's supposed to be hard to read) |
