EarthBound @ E3

Recently information has been surfacing about 2 secret Nintendo games at E3. Nintendo's E3 lineup didn't include EarthBound, but they recently said that they will have a sequel to SNES and NES game. Now while EarthBound wouldn't really be a secret, I would be happy about it.

While it's not a sure thing that it will happen, if it does, expect it to be in playable form and to jump in size to 512 mbits!!! Lets all EarthBound fans cross our fingers. I think the NES game is going to be Metroid or Excite Bike.

Supporting my Earthbound theory are recent anouncements. Resident Evil 2 will be shipping on a 512 mbit cartridge along with Ogre battle on a 320 mbit cartridge. I think Nintendo was waiting for other company's to use bigger carts so the price will be lower to make them?

One last thought, if it's not Earthbound....ever heard of Punchout.
