Dorre Village, a lovely south-of-the-border town far from the large, unusually crowded cities of northern Atzlan and Eagleland. Considered to be the most backward towns in this particular part of Atzlan.
Well, story starts to move torwards even more character development, and possibly to the explanation of the cracks in the sky.

Yep, Lighter's running a town, but he's still the same energetic old man he once was (but now with more 'old')

Simon displays a rather useful ability between this and the last page; sort-of like a real life "undo/redo" function.
I'd say it's somewhat cold for someone to treat their own art in such a way. At least I watch me own burn slowly.

We get an explanation of Simon's condition, but it seems Drake isn't convinced. He doesn't seem to care, tough, so long as he's bribed to keep quiet.
