The Envelope Art Siege is a combination of letters and art packaged together as one. Nintendo Power is no longer doing an official section letter art section, but they have highlighted envelope art in fetured articles specifically on this site and envelope art coming from fans here! They will still publish it and they will pass it on to those eyes that have a potential to make a difference. This is for those that want to draw, and coupled with this talent of art will be a written letter expressing the hopes of this franchise in Nintendo.

• Has the potential to get your work publish in Nintendo Power
• shows Nintendo that there is still an interest in EarthBound
• making awesome art showing your EB pride
• Helping building and commune with other artists here! :)

• Must be about EarthBound, SSB with EB in it, or Mother 3. Try to Promote MOTHER3 as much as you can.
• Must be on an envelope, any size, preferably a #10 (standard) or an envelope smaller than an 8.5x11, Manillas are also acceptable
• Include a lettter, poem, haiku, ransom note, that inside that said how you feel about EB.
• Make it positive and constructive about earthbound and do not get hostile towards Nintendo
• Try to mark or hide the Starmen.Net emblem (triangle and three rectangle one) somewhere in the work to note that it was done from this site.
• Do not put the address of Nintendo Power on there.
• Make as many as you can, but make them quality and visually interesting!

• Insert your letter Art/Arts into a larger envelope
• Write "Do Not Bend" on the Outside carrier envelope and mail it to the address below.

I will forward the emvelopes to the proper people within Nintendo to make the most effective demonstartion it can at this time.



What will be done is that these letter will collected by me, scannned in a ultra-resolution image and posted for all to see. The more important thing is that these envelopes are going to be collected and mailed to Nintendo (NoA). Like last time when this occured, there was a full page talking about EB and highlighted an article on the previous NP Siege. We aim to do this again and continue the impression. This is only one phase of many phases to come. Get those pencils, pens, digital tools going because this is going to be high profile and we are going to make sure that Nintendo remembers us!
