The Artist Spotlight is a showcase of an individual fan artist's collective works that display high dedication to EarthBound and above average artistic ability. Every artist chosen for the spotlight has shown immense creative and artistic progress and has created works that look at EarthBound from new and varying angles and brought life back into the 10-year-old SNES game we all cherish.

I bring you this month's Artist Spotlight with great pride and pleasure, Sir Marcotto! Marcotto is one dedicated artist. Hailing from Italy, he is very active with the community and is always posting wonderful artwork and sharing his ideas. The fanart staff all admire his dedication and wonderful crop of awesome fanart he has supplied with us, and there is usually always a Marcotto piece in our queue! His style consists often of lineless, with bold, flat colors. Personally, I love his parodies and crossovers, especially the Adventure Time ones and the Johnny Bravo one featured above! It's always fun to add your own twists to the characters and places of the MOTHER games. Thanks for being so awesome and dedicated, Marcotto.
